Eligibility

Who Can Refer

• You must be a current or former AchievePTC coaching client in good standing (no outstanding balance).

• AchievePTC coaches and staff are not eligible to participate as referrers.

Who Qualifies as a Referral

• The referred individual must be new to AchievePTC — they cannot have previously been a coaching client, contacted us about coaching, or participated in a free consultation.

• The referred individual must be at least 18 years old.

• Self-referrals are not permitted.

How It Works

1. Share the referral program with someone you think would benefit from coaching.

2. The referred individual contacts AchievePTC and provides the referrer's name at first point of contact (via the contact form, email, or phone).

3. The referred individual completes a consultation and signs a coaching agreement.

4. Once the referred individual has been an active, paying coaching client for 60 consecutive days, both parties receive their rewards.

Rewards

Referrer Reward — $200 Total Value

• $100 cash (via check, PayPal, or Venmo) OR a gift card to a retailer of your choice

• $100 service credit toward any AchievePTC service (INSCYD testing, bike fitting, coaching, training camps, etc.)

New Client Reward

• Free INSCYD metabolic test ($195 value) — administered during onboarding

• First month of coaching free — begins on the coaching start date

Reward Conditions & Timing

60-Day Qualification Period

• The referrer's $200 reward is not issued until the referred client has completed 60 consecutive days as an active, paying coaching client, beginning on the first day of their second (paid) month.

• "Active" means the client has a current coaching agreement, is current on payments, and has not submitted a cancellation request.

When Rewards Are Paid

• Referrer rewards are processed within 14 business days after the 60-day qualification period ends.

• The referred client's free INSCYD test is administered during onboarding, and the free first month begins on the coaching start date.

Clawback Provision

• If the referred client cancels, requests a refund, or becomes inactive before completing the 60-day qualification period, the referrer's reward is forfeited entirely.

• If the referrer has already received their reward (for example, due to an administrative error or early payment), AchievePTC reserves the right to recover the full $200 value — either by debiting the service credit and requesting return of the cash/gift card, or by offsetting against future services.

• The referred client's free INSCYD test and free first month are not subject to clawback — those benefits are honored regardless of how long the client stays.

New Client Requirements

Before receiving the free INSCYD test and first month of coaching, the referred individual must:

1. Complete a free consultation with an AchievePTC coach.

2. Sign a coaching agreement that includes standard cancellation terms.

3. Provide a valid payment method on file for months 2 and beyond.

The free first month begins on the coaching start date specified in the agreement. The second month (first paid month) is billed automatically. The 60-day qualification period begins on the first day of the second month

Attribution & Tracking

• The referrer's name must be provided at the first point of contact. Referrals cannot be applied retroactively after initial contact or consultation has occurred.

• If a referred individual names multiple referrers, the first referrer named receives the reward.

• AchievePTC will notify the referrer when their referral enters the program and again when the 60-day qualification period is complete.

Program Limits

• There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a single person can make.

• Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing unless explicitly stated by AchievePTC.

• Service credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Credits expire 12 months from the date of issue.

• Cash/gift card rewards are reported to the IRS if a referrer receives $2,000 or more in total referral rewards in a single calendar year, per current federal requirements.

Disqualification

A referral may be disqualified and rewards withheld or recovered if:

• The referred individual cancels or becomes inactive before the 60-day qualification period ends.

• The referral was not properly attributed at first contact.

• The referred individual was already known to AchievePTC prior to the referral.

• There is evidence of fraud, collusion, or abuse of the program (e.g., fake sign-ups, referrals between family members living in the same household, or arrangements to split rewards).

• The referrer is not in good standing with AchievePTC (e.g., outstanding balance)

Program Changes

AchievePTC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time, with or without notice. Changes will not affect rewards already earned for referrals that have completed the 60-day qualification period

Disputes

AchievePTC has sole discretion in determining referral eligibility, reward qualification, and interpretation of these terms. All decisions by AchievePTC regarding the referral program are final
