Under the guidance of Achieve’s Founder and Principle Trainer, Dana Williams, you will receive 1-on-1 personal training that will achieve what you are looking for. Dana’s methods are based on his knowledge gained through a National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer certification and by being trained by top rated trainers as an elite athlete on the Canadian Alpine Ski Team.
Client/trainer sessions are required a minimum twice per week. This sets the client up for the best possible chance of achieving their goals.
Endurance Performance Training Center is the main facility for personal training. It’s located in Mill Valley at 8 Madrona Street. Workouts at this location include a facility fee which provides access to all equipment and a male and female change room with showers and towels. In addition, there is a wide range of nutritional pre and post workout products available for purchase.
Outdoors/Private Gym: Dana is available to train clients at personal gyms, other fitness facilities (where certified private trainers are permitted) or an appropriate outdoor venue such as a back yard lawn, field, Lions Street Stairs, etc. Fitness equipment will be provided by Dana. If additional equipment is preferred then Dana will provide consultation.
Initial Consultation & Program Design: The initial consultation is a one hour session that includes a functional movement screen, range of motion, postural and basic strength assessment, medical and general health questionnaire and goal setting. From this information, a custom program is designed and implemented based on each clients specific needs and goals.
Nutrition & Health Consulting: Based on his knowledge and years of experience, Dana will provide solutions for energy and performance, healthy aging and weight loss using a whole foods diet combined with the high quality natural based supplements.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of personal training session scheduling, the following guidelines are in respect to both client and trainer’s time. No penalty for changes made outside seven days of the schedule session. 50% of the session fee will be charged for cancellation made outside 48 hours. 100% of the session fee will be charged for cancellation made within 48 hours of the schedule session.
