GPC Ride – Tuesday: 5:30pm-7:30pm
Meeting location: Corner of Grizzly Peak and Spruce in Berkeley
*Be sure to arrive a few minute early to fill out the sign in sheet
Pace: Fast ride but regroups after every sprint.
Route: Grizzly Peak South along the ridge to Skyline, down into Redwood Rd, up Little Pinehurst and then up Pinehurst

March 9: The Ins and Outs of a Bike Fit: Presented by Ryan Moore, certified BG Bike Fit Expert. 7-8:30pm @ Sports Basement Berkeley
June 21: Sport Nutrition: Do you ask yourself these questions: How much should I eat or drink during a ride? What should I eat after my ride or race? What are good carbs? What are bad carbs? Learn answers to these questions and much more. Presented by Dana Williams and cycling & Michelin star chef Matthew Accarrino. 7:00-8:00pm @ Mikes Bikes San Francisco
August 14: Injury Prevention & Management in Cycling – Presented by Dr. Kristin Wingfield (www.drkristinwingfield.com) and Dr. Robert Purchase (http://purchaseorthoclinic.com/). Common cycling injuries will be addressed including knee and low back pain, hip impingement, clavicle fractures and AC joint separation. 7:00 – 8:00pm @ Active Marin (421 Miller Ave. Mill Valley, CA).

Group Rides

March 18: Group Ride – Fun ride including a discussion and tips on basic race strategies and tactics: Lead by Coach’s Ryan and Dana. 8:30 – 12:00pm @ Rapha Cycle Club San Francisco

May 14: Group Ride – We rollin’ in the East Bay….climb Mt Diablo. Tips and discussion on climbing and descending. Lead by coach Ryan. 8:30 – 12:00pm @ Lafayette Bart Station
June 28: Group Ride – We’ll be joining the renowned Col du Pantoll weekly ride. Lead by coaches Dana and Ryan. Pre and post race strategy and tactics discussion for any Achieve athletes who want to treat it as a race. Free beer and burgers post ride. Meet at 5:45pm @ Mikes Bikes Sausalito. Roll out at 6:00pm sharp, finish ride by 8:00pm followed by post ride festivities.
October 7: Group Ride – Jensie Gran Fondo of Marin in support of the Marin Bicycle Coalition. 8:00 AM @ Stafford Lake Park, Novato CA

April 6: Spring Celebration – Movie night…..meet other Achieve athletes, enjoy some food and drinks and watch a compelling cycling movie. 6:30 – 8:00pm @ Rapha Cycle Club San Francisco
