The best in the business make it look easy but as you will find out, there are a lot of factors that go into achieving this feat. Join USA National Criterium Champion, 5-time California State Champion and AchievePTC Head Coach Dana Williams as he shares his top tips to success on the bike.

Feb 28: (Thurs) 7:00-8:00pm – Sport Nutrition: Optimize Your Performance: As the old saying goes ‘what you put in is what you get out’. And this certainly is the case in cycling. The nutrition you put in your body has a direct relationship to your performance on your next ride or race. Join Sport Nutritionist and AchievePTC Coach Sofia Marin as she shares what to eat and when to eat it to maximize your riding/training and racing.

March 22: (Thurs) 7:00-8:00pm – The Ins and Outs of a Bike Fit: Riding your bike, whether it’s one hour or 12 hours, requires you to sit on the saddle and generate power to your pedals. The position and height of your saddle, handle bars and pedals have a direct effect on your comfort and amount of power you can create and hence, the speed you can achieve. Join Master Bike Fitter and AchievePTC Coach Ryan Moore as he shares the ins and outs of effective bike fit.

**The Winter Training Series (WTR) is organized by Rapha Cycle Club SF and begins Jan 14th and takes place every Sunday during January and February. It is a structured, long, winter training series on the road. The ride leaves Rapha Cycle Club SF rain or shine, and while the ride is intended to stay together, some riders may fall off the back given pace or mechanicals. The group will move at a smooth but steady clip in the longstanding tradition of winter base rides: no sharp accelerations but no strolling, either

Holiday/Celebration Events

Jan 25: (Thurs) 6:30-8:00pm – New Years Kick Off Social at Rapha Cycle Club SF. Meet other Achieve athletes, enjoy some food and drinks and even win some swag.

July 14: (Sat) 8:30-1:30pm – Summer Ride & Lunch – We rollin’ in the East Bay….we’ll meet at a location TBA and begin our ride with the top of Mt.Diablo as our goal. Some fun racing and an opportunity to snag a Strava KOM/QOM will likely be in the mix, with a catered picnic lunch awaiting us at the summit of Mt. Diablo. Our Full bellies will guide us down the mountain to our starting point where we say farewell.
